Now, I don't jump on the US-hating band wagon. Indeed I like American and believe in its good intentions and its principles - even if its lost its way a little at the moment with Bush. But this whole "Obama sounds like Osama!!" and "OH NO, isn't he connected in some way to MUSLIMS?!" thing is so absolutely pathetic - such people are just so thick. It just would NEVER EVER EVER happen in the UK. Maybe even in no EU country at all. No one would be that bigoted or stupid...or care
