yes things and ppl have changed so much it is sad we dont have the class we used to in this country.even though she was clearly a basket case by this time she still had class and style the like of which we will not see in too many today...at least not from the youth,.her contemporaries which are still with us offer a lot to learn I sure hope they get a chance to really share it

I liked her answer of wanting to appear in the 'Ladies' Home Journal'! Though she had many problems, this showed she was actually quite sharp instead of the stereotypical dumb blonde. Though they sanitized her image here, it's obvious she still had quite a few demons she was wrestling at this tim! Murrow treated her with respect- even though he had to be upset over being taken out of the big leagues to do celeb interiews! Thanks for posting this!

In the age where men were though to be superior to women, she knew just how to control most of the male population. I'll bet that you would be hard pressed to find a man would could have resisted her, if she wanted them.
