DIDN'T have the cash? Correct me if I'm wrong, but music producers make some of the largest figures in the industry. And being a producer for Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, and The Game also helps roll in the cash. Pretty sure P. Diddy had a rougher life than Kanye...

I think that's ignorant. Wasn't Kanye the man behind the curtain for years? We're talking about the guy who DIDNT have the cash. He was the man behind the curtain making the beats AND rhymes for the fronter on mtv videos. Kanye had to front the money for his OWN RELEASE PARTY. Kanye made something of himself....he didnt get a handout..His talent broke him free.
