The sk8r doodz commenting on what a "mean man" that cop is need the same reality check that kid is getting. The world isn't your playground and cops deal with some hairy shit to keep your cities and towns safe. Maybe the cop does get over-worked, but he's right, mommy and daddy obviously didn't put a foot to that kid's ass nearly enough. I would most definitely use the footage to sue the Baltimore Police. Watch his college fund drained in legal fees as he loses the frivolous lawsuit.
