They came back to Rage BECAUSE Cornell dropped them out plain and simple.....
As far as I'm concerned they're two different bands and concepts, Slave is poetry in motion with a real "singer" and way more melodical .
It's a frickin great and unique band in its own rights and tried a lot of different things and succeed at any of them on the three albums they've released

becoz RATM had to come back man..i mean no offense Audioslave is nthin compared to RATM..i got nthin against them..but morello and the other guys were meant to be wiz Zach de LA rocha in RATM!!!!!!
