You gotta give it to Kucinich. Cheney (and Bush) needs to get his ass impeached. There needs to be a message sent to future leaders of what will happen if there is another abuse of power.

Then tell your house rep that, especially if s/he's on the judiciary committee, unless s/he already supports 333. That's the only way it'll get the 20 votes it needs to get out of the committee and get a floor vote.

The Democrats were protecting Kucinich's bill, not Cheney. I heard that Kucinich didn't want it tabled, but if it had not been tabled, it would now be dead. The Neocons voted not to table it, on the instruction of GOP leaders.
