Man, I do miss Albany at times; I went to ASU. I had some good times there with my friends I met at school who are all from that (well south ga area)

Sadly, not too long ago some prankster put a bunch of bubbles in the fountain and it over-flowed with bubbles!

The tribute was given due to all the funds Ray Charles gave to Albany State right before he passed away, I think it was a million dollars, he deserves this and much more!

I saw the Christmas lights at the park too - it was very nice.

It is a cool memorial, but I think Albany could have invested money somewhere else to try and save Downtown. I have to say the river side is looking very nice. |
