thats true, actully if u look back at all the comedy skit they do it have a point to it. it have a reason, they dont jz do a comedy skit about w.e or stupid stuff. they do skits about real life situations, onlii they make it funny =]

Also, this is why I like Hong Dao Quang Minh's comedy skits - because it points out in a satiristic and comedic way how Vietnamese "parents" (mainly Viet "immigrant" parents - those who arrived in U.S. and knows little about American culture) are and I can relate to it.

OMG! She's acts just like my mom too - and it seems like alot of "Vietnamese-American" mom act this way - bitchy, whining, nagging and annoying. I think they act like this because they all seem to be very "possessive" of their sons/daughters...and very "protective" because in America (or other places) it's not our land (Vietnam), and they always fear the worst...

it´s going about a boy who don't be allowed to get an american-girlfriend, so he talk to his father and he want , that his son going to be happy. But the mother just want to have a vietnamese daughter. so they try to talk to the mother, the she desided for the amerecan. i hope i can help you.^^
