It's called tough love. How many resteraunts has Gordon Ramsey helped on this show? It's his approach and, as has been seen many a time, it works, end of story. I'm sure chefs would rather have a wanker who helps them A LOT then a pussy who licks their arse and lets them fuck their resteraunt over.
