fucking idiots stop talking about this if you dont know what your talking about. Taekwondo is a korean way of martial art. Poomsae is pattern for korean, it is to build form technique muscle memory and balance. Kata is a hole different thing, its japanese and karate is one of the japanese ways. Change the name of the video its a disgrace

Well, she has very good kick, much better than karatekas use to have, but I have doubts because she keeps her leg stopped up at the end of the kick, and karatekas do it better than taekwondokas.

ok, I accept your apology.
dannuttkd (August 19, 2008 at 1:55 pm)
maybe you're right, i'm not 100% sure she is a taekwondo fighter :-??
dannuttkd (August 19, 2008 at 1:53 pm)
man, in tae kwon do, poomsae means fighting against an imaginary opponent/adversary. in karate kata is something that seems a lil bit with poomsae, i don't know exactly what is, because i'm not karateka, is now clear for you??? :-??
hyebiz (August 19, 2008 at 6:24 am)
I don't think kata is fighting against an imaginary character. I think it's more like forms that can be applied during a fight.
kagerokrt (August 18, 2008 at 10:52 pm)
I think she is karateka, not taekwondoka.
dannuttkd (August 18, 2008 at 2:16 pm)
in tae kwon do, the fight with an imaginary adversar is named poomsae not kata as in karate ;)
