200?, I'm sure they have a few more than that. After the Cold War, Russia claimed some of their nuclear bombs went "Missing". Misplacing a nuke just gets easier these days...

i know how to make nuclear bombs/hydrogen. during the cold war i worked for the soviet union and kgb as a nuclearoligest. i helped them develope 6 nuclear icbms.
