peopleo are criticizing because theuy didnt see the camera moving, but it is obvius, was a surveilance camera, and if the structure that it was mounted move, it would move togheter.
For those dont beleive, pay attention at the bottom of the video, and you see the plants shaking!!!

I can vouch for this video because I saw the water sloshing over the sides of my swimming pool after I ran out of my house. I was pregnant and taking a nap at the time the magnitude 5.0 earthquake hit. The bed started to rock back and forth and I was feeling dizzy. Then I noticed the tv was moving left to right on it's wall mount and I decided to get up and get out. The chandelier was swaying back and forth in the stairwell as I was going downstairs. It was a very scary
experience!
