Not to offend anyone but I love Truths song Addictive I know that Quik should have gotten permission to sample, Truths song video r definately grown sexier.I can say the Indian verison was inspired by RB especially the beat, its okay. Give both production teams their props.Truths version was popular n USA.The album was great, she needs to do something new but get permission if you are going to sample, that has always been the rule.

DJ Quik is such a retard, honestly. Rap music is based on sampling old records and turning it into something new and fresh, but I do realize that sometimes, that sampling shit gets a little too overdone and lazy. Like Chuck D said, if you're on a major and sample tracks, you need to know the history and purpose of the music you are sampling, plus you need PERMISSION from the label that owns that piece of music. That idiot Quik got lazy and just ripped off the entire thing.
