Most American born artist like LeeHom or Justin Lo all have great pronunciation because its nearly all learnt. Or someone like Coco Lee, who went to the same high school as my brother and friends. Even though she wasn't born in the States, she's spent the majority of her life here.

It's actually a matter of opinion. Personally, I think Lee Hom has clearer pronunciation of words when he sings. I don't like Jay Chou's style of singing. But, like I said, it's just opinion.
