LOL! You're absolutely right. The builder of my home was a conscientious guy that even started an orphanage in South America. Though the house is modern and more energy efficient (including appliances like HE washer/dryer & dishwasher), I was checking-out solar panels and electric cars recently. I hope they all come down in price soon, so the average person/family can afford them. Things are changing slowly. Fortunately, when many people know better...they do better.
