Excellent. And the problem with creationists is that they do not subject creationism to scientific scrutiny or testing. Rather they try to inject creationism into curriculum because of people like Sarah Palin, who know nothing about science. People in power trying to push their beliefs into biology because evolution threatens their religious dogma. So to skip the entire scientific process and just push creationism into the biological curriculum via legislation is TERRIBLE science.

But it does mention this: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" Which means that the government must always remain secular.
