This little missile defense system to be in Europe has nothing to do with Russia. 1 radar and only 10 hit-to-kill interceptors is not a defense system designed to deal with a country with 5000+ nukes like Russia. It's there merely to act as a deterrent to a future Iranian threat. Iran has just thumbed its nose for good at any diplomacy about it's uranium enrichment and has misslies to put satellites in orbit, which Iran can convert to carry nukes.
