You can manual at any age where that you are able to ride a bicycle i guess. It took me about 2 weeks to get it reasonably consistent.

you might be putting too much weight on the pedals, that's what my problem was.

I am 12 years old and my Brother brought a bike for me but i don't knw wats the bike name is n my bike is heavy n there is a word "Dragon Freestyle" n "URATA" written on it..
