Yea I know, but the "gaffe" there is the fact that he "threw" the ball to the striker's foot. God, given the circumstances he was trying to intercept the cross which he did a decent job with...only problem was that the striker was dead in front of him. Although I'm willing to say, its videos like this that make me go out on the field and vow not to commit those errors and spend extra time training.

I nearly cried imagining some of these happening to me, although I have been caught like Higuita....unlike Higuita I have not done a Scorpion Kick save and THAT my friends, is why Higuita was a highly rated keeper. He was a penalty shot stopper and extremely creative but unfortunately shit happens. Also, the pass to the keeper was not well employed in that scenario.

Dude, I know what you'tr talking about and you have no idea how shitty it is when the ball takes a deflection and I'm already in the air but there's an all-too-known quote that goes "Humans can make mistakes. Goalkeepers can't." It just comes with the territory dude, shows how much tougher in character we are.

oh my god, give the goalies a break. i'm a goalie and when ever i give up a goal i feel like crap. and now what do you guys do, you make a video of some mistakes we have done, WHY DONT YOU MAKE A VIDEO ON HOW IT GOT PAST THE DEFENDERS AND MID FIELD!
