if you're that slow, stop doing sprinting for now and work on your distance. get your mile time down and your 100m time will definitely go waay lower than 19

Amway /Quixtar junk! Ask any Amway errr quixtar "Owner" about how much they make per hour doing this.. then ask to see their tax return from last year to prove it. Case closed. Not one of them will show profit of over $10 per hour. Save your self the trouble of burning all your family on this stuff and go take a job at walmart or Burger King. I been working out for 8 months and i been getin better i can run a 100m in 19 sec tho i know thats slow but any ideas to get faster?
