I saw Sisters of Mercy support Depeche Mode at Crytal Palce, UK in the early nineties. Andrew Eldritch was cool as f**k doing the business whilst both doing the vocals and smoking ciggies and showing the crowd he was far better than the main act - who were top notch by the way..........
