You cant train the middle or the upper or the lower of your chest, the pectoralis major or chest muscle is one muscle and you cant train one muscle in different areas

All depends on what angle your body is at really. Incline you work the upper, decline the lower. Soo just a normal bench press on a flat surface is good. But you cant really work one area of your chest. You can only put more strain on a certain part.

There's no middle chest when it comes to exercises.
Do 4 Supersets with Flyes Dumbbell presses.
Keep your spine straight straight so your entire back is on the bench, don't arch your back.
And do NOT pull your shoulders back.
-I did that for several years with no results at all.
And eat more calories than you burn of.
Eat alot before bedtime.
Eat garlic,Cucumber,Creatine.
Zink C-vitamin are great för building.
Don't eat oatmeal or soy.
Or do whatever you want :)
