That's because youtube won't let you put in a full url. Just paste it at the end of youtube . com next to the / in your address bar. You'll have to erase what is currently there first.

Doubt you'll find one within the next decade. Period performance has not been long enough in the spot light for this to happen. Western art music isn't that popular in India. Best we can hope for is someone having found a talented young eunuch who became Nirvan before his voice could break and beginning his instruction in Bel Canto baroque singing. Chances are pretty slim. Having said that, there is this video by an Italian singer which spiked my curiosity:

Just had a thought. Radu needs to fix it so he can land the narrator's role in Monteverdi's L'orfeo. Some of those arias have an eerily beautiful sound and were written for a castrato voice. |
