""Jesteś szalona"" means "you're crazy". So the song is about a girl who wants to leave her boyfriend... They spend wonderful time together but the love is gone(she thinks that...) I really like when people from other countries enjoy listening polish language... EVERY LANGUAGE IS BEAUTIFUL IN DEEP:)
