Chino supposedly said about it: "It's a metaphorical song. You could take it in the literal sense of me watching someone turn into a fly and taking them home with me and pulling of their wings and laughing." This song doesn't have to be about the effects of cocaine on people, one's partner, or whatever. The lyrics are general enough to be about a lot of things. It's about negative changes that people can undergo and watching it happen.

well your on the right track but imo hes talking about how the drug changed from being something that was fun but got to the poit where it wasnt fun anymore.."its like you never had wings" it was like it was never fun at all and was somthing that never made him feel alive...thats what i think...
