Cooking's intuition, personally I'd go with about 180 degrees centigrade, for 6-10 minutes... The pastry is really thin, and that type of pastry in particular ought to be properly cooked in a preheated oven in no time... Most important thing during the whole process is to keep checking, keep testing. And, if you have guests... Make sure you've tried making this dish before. You don't want to screw it up. What do other people think?
