Gee, with the vertigo like symptoms from my MS this was a waste of time, if I wanted to read while listening to music I would have popped in a CD and grabbed a large type book. ~ jordan (read my blog on ms and philosophy at 6hundred50thousand (.com) and see my art at jordandossett (.com)).

Let's just enjoy life while we are yet strong...we can't add up years by worrying what is good and not good to eat. My principle is...moderation!

I have RRMS still. I am not sure now. You say zinc is bad while others say it is a good suppliment in moderation. Whom is right???

Made me go to the medicine cabinet and take a zinc. I think I was having symptoms of too little zinc.
