This isn't off Eine Kleine Nachtmusik. The version of Witching Hour from that video was recorded in 1985 at Hammersmith which can be seen on the VHS Hell at Hammersmith.
This video is just their 1984 tour intro tape + studio recordings of both songs over the top of footage recorded just for the songs. None of this is an actual live concert.

It looks as if the video was shot at the Hammersmith, but those are studio recordings.
