The hill wasn't that steep buddy... and a cougar can kill a wolf one on one. Wolves sometimes can be outcast and solitary for a little while, get your facts straight.

There is absolutely no winner nor power struggle between predators in the wild. Its always the battlegrounds that determines who wins a hunt or a fight. Example: a deer wont care if the croc is there with him in a field. But in the river, the deer stands no chance. The panther here had the upper hand coz the bear was almost on the cliff of a steep hill. A cougar would lose to wolf only coz wolves roam & live in packs. A cougar could survive such ordeal if there was a treee for her to climb!
