As of October 25, 2008, the complimentary Comcast Newsgroups service, powered by Giganews, will be discontinued. This feature provided customers access to 2 gigabytes of newsgroup information on a monthly basis. After this date, these customers will no longer be able to access the Comcast Newsgroups service through Comcast. Customers who have subscribed directly to Giganews for newsgroup access will not be affected by this change.

I have comcast TV and internet and I like it. I never have major problems like this. I guess each branch is different.

i bet if you search youtube and google for people bashing verizon or ATT you find just as many as comcast. i love how everyone points blame like that, i got rolled to a guys house to fix his phone and internet because it was out, he bitched me out because he was on hold and his appointment was missed 3 times (i was only there once and was early by 30 minutes) and how our service sucked so bad, all to find his modem was in standby and his phone was unpluged from the emta. awsome man, we suck
