you would be suprised at how many people do that now. Never before has it been more accepted. Some taxidermist's won't do it as they have pets of their own and it is hard to do with a member of the family, that's probably why we don't Taxi Grandma.

Interesting..... when my oldest cat(who's now 14) dies I want to taxidermy him mostly because say he lives to 20...I cannot just bury him. I want him forever and ever!

Exactly what does BORAX do on skin? i mean, make skin hard as the animals in museums? or this skin always stay "squeezable"?
