Mate, they're not showing much more than your average movie watcher / FPS game player couldn't fathom! It's pretty basic stuff that any terrorist organisation dangerous enough to warrant a special military intervention would know like the back of their hand. All that's being shown here is the common sense of any assault unit in practice. There's wayyyy more to it than is likely to ever be witnessed by anyone except SAS... and terrorists with less than 2 seconds to live.
