Laos would be in better condition if it were still under French rule. I challenge you to come and meet in my country if you don't believe I'm French. Take a look at Guadeloupe and Martinique, then Haiti. Guess which is not under French rule. And guess which is one of the poorest country in the world. France is wasting a lot of money feeding Third Worlders like you, but we're still in relatively good shape. Didn't Brad Pitt choose to live in France? Gee, I wonder why he didn't choose Laos...
