Only difference being that the SAS have this awful tendency to wipe the floor with US SEALS during war games.

i love the SAS but where as they take all the glory and publicity, the SBS just remain in the shadows. the SBS are the most unphotographed,hush hush regiment in the world, no ones knows much about them.from personal experience i would say they are the best.

SBS and SAS are the best in the world, they're both well trained british special forces, and the reason that SAS looks better than SWAT is because SWAT is not even a tenth as well trained as SAS.
