It can take months/years before you can train intensely enough to get sore. It comes with practice and experience lifting.

hi, just one question,is being sore a must to gain muscle? because i just started lifting about a month and a half ago or so and i've been working out my arms 45min 3 days a week and im never sore and have only been sore once,i've been adding weight and still no soreness, and i was just wondering if i've been working out for nothing.

i have a question, if i do this workout, will i be able to do your "advanced pushups" excercise a week after? if not, then how long do you reccomend i should wait before doing them? thanks!

Yea I just started doing these yesterday and I can tell they're working. It burns like hell when I'm doing them but when I'm done I feel good knowing that I do some good arm workouts.

I did the 21's yesterday when I went to the gym andd my arms were burning like hell. I almost began crying while doing them, and today I woke up real sore. I want to go do them again :)

Remember folks, this is an ADVANCED workout and should not be used unless you have been lifting seriously for at least 6 months to a year. Also, only do this workout about once a month. Use less stressful arm workouts for your other weekly workouts inbetween. |
