Well you know theres always a lead singer. And unlike most r & b groups, they are differant cuz everyone does sing in this group.

I think Beyonce is an amazing singer. But i feel sorry for the two others that always sing backup the most of the song.

I love this song... but not the video... the inspirational nature of the song gets so diluted by their sexy gestures... I'd prefer to see more of the videos behind them. I'd feel more of the impact of the song.
