Lol, he doesn't eat the parasite directly from his ass since it's probably because you didnt wipe your ass properly and you scratch your ass like a few minutes/hours later and you get it on your hands then you eat without washing your hands first. :D

Japan--no, most east Asian countries seem like they're quite sanitary and protective of their citizens. I think I'd be more comfortable eating some sushi right about now, rather than going and eating that aforementioned Cheeseburger.
