there is beautiful stuff in the sea . i been in it and when under it. i really wanted to live there but i love being a human . i wish when i am in the water i am a mermaid and not in it i am a human.

What do you mean theres nothing to see in the sea.. There is a lot in the ocean to sea. All the crevices and ship wrecks teh differnt creatures that live there, i find the sea more interesting than what we have here on the land. I admit taht on land there are pretty amazing things on land, but nothing can beat whats in the ocean. Lost worlds.

I'm sure that seems precious to them. I like the quote "What you don't have, you appreciate" or something like that, but also I think that's why Ariel wanted to be human, she saw the simple things that we do like just walking or dancing and she turned them into her own precious thoughts giving them a value to her. It's all from a different point of view :)

I wonder if mermaids few our world the same way...I mean all my day is made up of is bed, school, school, school, home, TV, bed and that repeats...doesnt sound like so much to me...

I don't know why people want to be mermaids, I admit it's cool, how they are and everything, but being in such a big sea with nothing to see and not much to do can make you very lonely. That's why the sea has such a big characteristic of being known for it's loneliness. That's one of the reasons why Ariel wanted to become human, not just for her love, but also because she knew there were bigger things out there and she was getting sick of such a sea.
