i never talked about the influence of meat puppets on nirvana, niether cobain's guitar playing, i know they were a huge influence, i know cobain wasn't that great of a guitar player, and i don't care if he liked the songs just because they were out of his vocal range, i'm saying htat he did not go off key during the performance, of this songs. and please don't go calling people ignorant, i never wanted to know you're knowledge about the bands...

it's because nirvana is really poppy and radio-friendly. also starting with nevermind, (most people's intro to nirvana) their albums were very well produced and sounded great. cobain felt a huge amount of guilt about this as i'm sure you know. probably one of the reasons they invited the brothers meat along for mtv session.
