Very Very Nice! I used to play this on NES when I was a kid. I just picked it up yesterday on the Wii and played a bit. Hopefully I will hone my skills and put some of these online people to the test.

My first experience with dr mario was on wii :S and is awesome! I got around 6000 points

it's a dual cart Tetris/Dr. Mario!
i still prefer the NES version, but the SNES has a 2PLvsCOM option that the first one lacks. not too many people will play against me, so it's good to have this option :)
