so was i, it takes practice but you have to learn to let things go and "let the stream carry you". yust try to do everything whitout forcing it.

So do not try to control these things, it will only cause mental anguish and confusion.

Zen is observing something and acknowledging it but not attaching meaning to something. As meaning is irrelavent. Things exist without meaning. I think this is Nhilism which relates to Zen in many ways. |
