His name isn't really Bill Bailey, its Mark Bailey, its just at school a teacher kept getting his name mixed up with the title of a country and western song which included that name in the title, and it sticked.

Okay, Stephen has protested at least once that he doesn't laugh or talk the way that Phill does, when Phill imitates Stephen. That laugh at 1:10 (though it's meant to be sarky) shows that Phill is spot-on.
