Not by much. There are things in vegetables that aren't in vitamins, many of which haven't been identified yet. Not to mention the fiber you get from the veggies that aren't in a vitamin.

wouldn't a centrum vitamin simply increase the nutrient density of all the food u eat?

It is very interesting to see that a very vocal "expert" on diabetic diets has gone "low catb". See Mendossa-
Diabetes Update Number 114: Low-Carb of January 1, 2008.
Also he recommends Dr. Bernstein
Dr. Bernstein's next LIVE Tele-Seminar is Wednesday, July 30, at 8:00 PM EST, 7:00 PM CST, 6:00 PM MST, and 5:00 PM PST.
Hope for diabetics yet

a couple Kale leaves (remove most of the stem)
a banana
an apple or orange
milled (ground) FLAX seed or Walnuts
BLEND it!! It is a super nutritious breakfast, and no it doesn't taste like your eating kale. TRY it!

4:10 the Chart is great! compare Whole Wheat/White breads with fruits and vegetables. Wow. ~25 vs 100-1000!
The info @ 5:07
"How many of you eat the majority of your caloric intake above the 100 point line?" Wow^n!

Great presentation. Good to remind vegans not to endulge on grains.. But Fuhrman forgets a few things. You don't have to cook to get your nutrients: 1) Take superfoods. 2) Juice veggies to get the nutrients. I also miss about cooking destroying enzymes, changing PH and converting minerals into inorganic ones..
