He already has fixed his teeth. He did it not long after he won Britian Got Talent. He had his teeth fixed when he sang in front of the Queen. Search "paul pots royal variety" here and you will see that video.

Great voice, but he really really should do something about those teeth, being a singer he's showing them all the time...
