Not bad for an American, but if you step in a match with an martial artist like my self, srry to say but you'd get your little ass whopped in 1 second.

Best wood is osage orange, strong, decent hardness and great flexibility and shock resistance. Native Americans used it for their bows, martil artists use it for their bo's.

But he is also only useing it for a work out not traning so the heavyer the staff the better right now in traning i use my bambo bo staff its light and hurts like a bitch when i hit myself lol

Exactly. You're right. Some people don't know what the hell they're talking about. Don't they know that if the staff is made of really inflexible, rigid, hard material, its much more prone to breaking? People who don't know a lot about martial arts and act like they do piss me off big time...

And that makes you really special, I'm sure. I'm a purist practictioner of taekwonwdo. (I.e. No fancy glitttery shit, no flashy uniforms with giant shoulder pads or any of that stuff), and I thought this was alright for a model. Give the guy some slack. He's paid to pose for cameras, not get good at martial arts.
