The roadster is no longer being produced. It was a failure because it was way too expensive for what you got.

The difference is that a bi-turbo system uses 2 turbos which are independent of each other, while a twin turbo system is when you have a smaller turbo feeding a larger turbo (small turbo is used to reduce lag). Correct me anyone if I'm wrong.
