Marvin's classic is truly timeless. While written by Gaye during the end of the Vietnam conflict in 1971, 'What's Going On ?' is STILL one of the most relavent songs in history. 37 years later, we continue to deal with so many of the same problems that Gaye sang about in the song. That's mind blowing to say the least! 5 STARS!! *****
