They were Aryan before the Arabs swept out of Arabia and took over Turkey (Trojans), Iran (Persians), Iraq (Mesopotamians), and would have taken over Spain were it not for the crusades. Few pure "Aryans" exist in Iran today. Hope it doesn't happen to England. We don't want to be "cream" coloured.

Tsk Persian's aren't black .. morons. They're the real Aryans. The word "Iran" is the actual word for "Aryan". They're not white either... they're beautifully cream colored, with very neutral features. This movie is just a blockbuster one, and it's amazing, but it's not historically accurate. And Gerard Butler is a great actor.

this movie was made based on the spartan point of view, not the persian... if it was made on the persian point of view the spartans would of been the bad ones.
