He didn't summon them again because he couldn't. When Sarutobi used his technique to seal the Hokages, he was sealing their souls, which is what Orochimaru was using to summon them.

Thanks a lot dude..... one more question how come orchimaru never summoned these hokages in later and more dangerous fights?

I can gree with u about gaara and sasuke, but Its impossible to beat naruto when he's angry...... Naruto can transform into a nine tail fox- the strongest power in the universe..... Also he can go upto 5 tails without killing himself..... and 4 tails was enough to beat orchimaru in a much stronger position than this.... also with every tail the power increases to DOUBLE of the previous tail.... so no doubt 5 tails can KILL orchimaru easily......

The monkey didn't betray Sarutobi. He tried to stop Orochimaru's sword, but didn't make it in time. Orochimaru didn't die because Sarutobi didn't have enough strength to finish the job. Instead, he sealed his arms so that he couldn't perform any more jutsus.
