Well, if you watch the replay at 2:10, Lyoto lands a big left that causes Rich to retreat against the ropes. Then Lyoto lands a kick to the jaw of Rich, than hits another huge left that puts Rich down. Looked like they collided heads after that last punch to but Rich was already going down at that point.

Wrong. They're both at 205 lbs now. Check the UFC 76 card. Shogun is fighting Forrest. Machida is fighting Kaz. If they both win that night, they should fight each other at UFC 78 or 79.
